As you may know, over half of the licensed psychologists in California are graduates of the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). So it鈥檚 not surprising that our CSPP community had a strong showing at this year鈥檚 in Monterey.

- Krystel Edmonds-Biglow (Associate Professor, CSPP-LA Clinical PsyD and alumna CSPP-LA, 鈥01), Erica L. Holmes (CSPP-LA, 鈥01) and Jeffrey Tirengel (Professor, CSPP-LA Clinical PsyD and alumnus CSPP-LA 鈥90) presented a session on 鈥淐ultural/Historical Trauma, Trauma-Sensitive Supervision and Consultation, and Resiliency in Diverse Communities鈥.
- Rut Gubkin (CSPP-Alameda,鈥91) was a presenter in 鈥淒iversity Forum: Making Cultural Consciousness a Priority for CPA and the Local Chapters 鈥 Where Are We Today?鈥
- Robert-Jay Green (Distinguished Professor Emeritus, CSPP-SF Clinical PhD) and Kim Bergman (颁厂笔笔-尝础鈥90) co-presented a session on 鈥淔amily Building through Third-Party Assisted Reproduction: A New Area of Practice鈥.
- Mark Kamena (CSPP-Alameda鈥97) co-presented a session on 鈥淐ounseling Cops: What Clinicians Need to Know鈥.
- Keely Kolmes (颁厂笔笔-厂贵,鈥03) presented a 4-hour Preconvention Advanced Level Intensive entitled 鈥淒igital and Social Media Ethics for Psychologists鈥.
- Alan Lincoln (Professor, CSPP-SD Clinical PhD) and Morgan T. Sammons (CSPP Dean) presented a 4-hour Preconvention Advanced Level Intensive entitled 鈥淭he Evaluation and Treatment of Neurodevelopmental Disorders Through the Lifespan: Special Considerations for Differential Diagnosis, Behavior Therapies and Psychopharmacology鈥.
- Jazmine McCoy (CSPP-SF Clinical PsyD student) and Elena Padron (Associate Professor, CSPP-SF Clinical PsyD) co-presented a poster entitled 鈥淔ormer Foster Youth with Sexual Abuse Histories: Pregnancy Experiences and Maternal Perceptions of Their Child鈥.

- E. Janie Pinterits (Associate Professor and Program Director, CSPP-SF Clinical Counseling) and Camerin J. Ross (CSPP-SF Clinical PhD student), members of the Executive Committee of the CPA Colleague Awareness, Resources and Education Committee (CARE) co-presented a session on 鈥淪eeking A New Definition of Self-Care鈥.

- Morgan T. Sammons (CSPP Dean), Jesse O鈥橦are Wade (CSPP-SF Clinical PsyD student) and Ken H. Perez (CSPP-SF Clinical PsyD student) presented 鈥淢ilitary Sexual Assault: Understand. Intervene. Prevent.鈥

- Ellen Stein (颁厂笔笔-厂顿,鈥95) was a co-presenter in a 4-hour Preconvention Advanced Level Intensive entitled 鈥淭alking Ethics with the CPA Ethics Committee鈥.
- Elizabeth Straus (CSPP-SD Clinical PhD student) and Matthew Porter (Assistant Professor, CSPP-SD Clinical PsyD) co-presented a poster entitled 鈥淭oward a Multiculturally Sensitive Psychological Conceptualization of Wisdom鈥.
- Laura Torissi (CSPP-SD Clinical PhD student) presented a poster entitled 鈥淐orrelates of Perpetrating and Being the Victim of Women鈥檚 Hostility Toward Women鈥.
